Our Story
Nestled along the shores of Goa, ZenWave is more than a surf school—it’s your gateway to the ultimate tropical surf adventure. Operating from the iconic Silver Sand Beach Shack, right in front of gentle, sandy bottomed waves, we combine expert instruction with an authentic beach vibe.
Founded by Mikey, an Irish surfer who was raised in Goa, ZenWave is built on passion, knowledge, and a deep connection to the sea. The ZenWave crew are here to help everyone—from first-timers catching their very first wave to experienced riders looking to sharpen their skills.
At ZenWave, surfing isn’t just a sport—it’s a way of life. Our lessons are designed to help you flow with the ocean, embrace the stoke, and find your rhythm on the waves. Whether you’re here for a lesson, a tropical getaway in our bamboo beachfront huts, or just to soak in the surf culture, ZenWave is your home away from home.
SURFING IN GOA
Surfing in Goa is a unique experience where tropical paradise meets the thrill of forgiving waves. Known for its warm waters, stunning beaches, and laid-back vibe, Goa is a haven for beginner/intermediate surfers. The surf season typically runs from October to May, offering a mix of mellow, beginner-friendly, uncrowded waves and occasional swells for the more experienced.
